When should I pay?

All bookings will be immediately reserved, however, a deposit of £20 will secure your booking.

Full payment must be received no less than 1 week before your booking date. You may be asked to pay a returnable deposit of £200 cash for any damage occurred, depending on the nature of the event..

Can I have a bouncy castle at my child's party?

Yes. It is the hirers' responsibility to ensure that all necessary company licenses and insurances are checked and safety regulations are adhered to. We advise all hirers to take out public liability insurance for yourselves as the church will not be liable for personal injury, loss or damage. Bouncy castles must be PIPA-accredited and checked by the licensee. For more information on PIPA visit https://www.pipa.org.uk/

What is the size of the hall?

The floor size is 23ft x 45ft, excluding the stage area.

How many people can the hall hold?

There are chairs to seat 120 people and 16 small children's chairs. Tables will seat a maximum of 70 people.

Before I book can I visit the venue and look around?

Absolutely, please email us to arrange a visit. The lettings secretary will contact you to arrange a date and time. Please have a look at the availability calendars on the website to see if a date is free.

Where can people park?

Your guests can park directly outside the hall and in the surrounding streets, parking is free. If taxis are called to pick up guests at the end of the function, please ask them to come to the front door for pickup, to help minimise the noise late at night.
